About Us

​United Rhythmic Gymnastics is a school of rhythmic gymnastics and a member of USA Gymnastics.  We offer two different programs; beginner recreational classes and competitive teams at the Junior Olympic and National level.  Rhythmic gymnastics is an Olympic sport and performing art that combines ballet, gymnastics, dance and hand apparatus to create a routine which is done on a carpet floor.  Our program was designed to introduce children to the sport, help them learn what it is all about and to satisfy our goal in safely training each gymnast so she can perform at her very best.  We offer classes for all ages ranging from 45 minutes to 16 hours a week.
